Markings:	Underside looks like an oreo biscuit, from the front looks like he is wearing a waistcoat, fully white nose.
Circumstances:	It's unknown.
Other info:	He is friendly calm and totally approachable, he usually responds to his name, very vocal cat, hates carriers.

Hello. I could see black and white cat for the last 3 days in the mornings around 7.30am sitting in the same place. But he/she doesn't allow me to come closer and take a picture. If your cat is still missing I could see you and show where the cat appears. I live on Walsall Road in Willenhall, WV132DZ.
