I saw a cat which looked like your cat (all black, very yellow eyes) with no collar at 16:50 today (10 April 2021) at the bridge over the river on College Walk. I think I may also have seen this cat in Parchment Street on the previous evening. Seemed very friendly. I took a photo of it, but there doesn’t aeem to be a way of adding a photo to this comment.

I've seen this cat by river walk, between the river and canal, he keeps coming over to me to be petted, but I've checked him out, fits the description perfectly, I've left a voicemail on the number provided
