Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Oscar has a white patch on his chest. Due to a recent procedure, he has shaved fur on his sides. He is very fluffy, and has tufts of hair in his ears and his feet.
Circumstances:	Oscar went out at 9pm, as he usually does. He sometimes comes home the same evening, occasionally the next morning. Oscar has not returned since he went out.

We found Oscar on the embankment behind our house. He must have taken himself away because he didn’t feel well
