Markings:	Small in height very thin appears malnourished, splattering of grey hairs on her muzzle
Circumstances:	Found by a lady going to work at about 10.30 - on buttermilk lane
Other info:	Will be handing her over to Cogges Vets in Witney tomorrow who will pass her onto the dog warden
