Circumstances:	Found on the Harvest Way junction coming into Madley Park
Other info:	Uncastrated Has been scanned and is thankfully micro-chipped owners are being contacted

Cookie has now been returned to his owner all thanks to his microchip :)

I work for Oxfordshire animal Sanctuary so was able to take him into work to be scanned for a microchip. Thankfully he was chipped and I was able to get the owners details and address and return him back to his owner.
