LOST
Pushkin
Name: Pushkin
Breed & Species: British Shorthair cat
Colour: Tabby
Went missing: 14 years ago
(22 December 2009 at around 18:00hrs)
Location: The Willows, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 3, UK
Health: Healthy
Age: 30 years old
Sex: Neutered Male
Collar: No
Microchipped: Yes
Markings: Tabby/tortoiseshell with strong dark striping. He has two strong parallel dark strips on his front legs. He has a white greying chin and long wiskers. Due to a possible early inhury he has a funny wiggley gate as he moves his back legs. He has slightly raggedy edges to his ears possible from cat fights earlier in his life.He is 15 an looks like an old cat.
Circumstances: Pushkin is not allowed out at night but managed to slip out of the house. Due to his age he does not normally like the cold. We are worried he may be trapped in a garage or shed. The longest time he has been out before in the day is 5 hours. This however happened rarely and was in the summer.
Other info: Unfortunatly he ran out without his collar but you can tell he has worn one. He is cautious of strangers but is a gentleman and is very friendly and does not mind being picked up.

This is great news - after all this time! When did you get him back? Was it due to his microchip or did he come back by himself?Nick

A message from Sarah:"Dear Nick He came back by himself. We are so happy to have him back although he is definitely grounded. Thank you for all your help with the site. We will keep looking for updates and keep an eye out for animals that need to be reunited with their owners. Thanks again. Kind regards Sarah"
