Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Penelope is white and tortoiseshell with green eyes. She only has three legs - her front right paw is missing.
Circumstances:	I let Penelope out in the garden when she asked to go out. I have not seen her since.

Penelope was found but was very poorly and she had to be put to sleep by our vet. Sorry, I thought I had told you at the time.
