Breed & Species:	Moggy (short haired) cat
Colour:	Tortoishell
Went missing:	12 years ago (28 December 2011 at around 16:00hrs)
Location:	Ashcombe Crescent, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 6GL, UK
Health:	Healthy
Age:	15 years old
Sex:	Spayed Female
Collar:	Brown with pink spots and ab ell
Microchipped:	No
Circumstances:	She was taken to the vets Christmas day after an accident but was dismissed with antibiotics. She had been taking the antibiotics for two days but seemed extremely eager to still go out. We put her out on the 27th & she returned as normal. She has never disappeared before at her current address or even her previous & always stays close to home ready to dart back in when ready. She didn't appear to be in any pain or distress & most definitely wasn't unhappy& had been purring away as usual right up until her disapperance.
Other info:	Bell on collar. Very inquisitive but also quite a nervous cat.
