Microchipped:	Yes
Circumstances:	Went missing from garden, didn't come in when I called her, which isn't like her at all. Not seen since.
Other info:	Missing since 3rd Oct evening. She is on heart medication, so I am very worried. Currently has clipped fur on her chest from a recent heart scan.
