Circumstances:	My dog opened the door to go outside to the toilet and he shot out and he fell of the balcony and ran off scared
Other info:	In the sun light he looks like a brown colour with tabby markings but only in the sun light other than that hes black, he also has a blue flea collar on along with his silver/grey reflective collar
