I just been back to the place where I found the cat as I now had the car to take it to the vet for ID check, but somebody had already had picked the cat up

Hi, we've lost our black short haired cat since Tuesday 17th and are worried this could have been him..a bit far away but he could have been taken by the person who hit him perhaps.. do you have anymore information on the cat. Or any more photos you could share with us please? Thank you.

Unfortunately I have no more photos. The cat was lying head down. The cat was definitely deceased and I found it as you can see in the picture. . was unable to turn the cat around as I had my dog with me and he was getting rather excited. I would have taken the cat to Palmerston in Buckhurst Hill of the vet in Chingford High Street in case the cat had a chip, then they could have contacted the owner. I am sorry I cannot say anymore to help you, but it might be worth ringing those to surgeries as they would be the closest to where I found the cat. I doubt that is was the person who hit the cat as that would have happened before I got there and there were no cars around when I got there. Good luck Sab

By any chance do you know if this cat was male or female? And I don’t suppose you seen if it had a slit in its left ear

Deaer Chloelouisemarie, no I do not unfortunately was able to look closely at the cat, as my dog was a bit spoked and when I returned later the cat must have been collected by somebody. Sorry i cannot help with that. Good luck!!!
