Microchipped:	Yes
Circumstances:	Cookie shot out at 9.45pm. It’s unlike her to go far as she’s an indoor cat. She’s only started going out in the last week as we got her 6 weeks ago.

A neighbour saw my leaflets and rang me when he saw her in his garden that night. She was missing for 5 days. I think she was lost. She was scared and disoriented when got her.
