Markings:	Found scared and a bit skinny near Woolwich Arsenal, scared of cars and very hungry
Circumstances:	Was raining a lot and she (looks more like a girl, but won't yet allow us to look closely) was meowing in the bushes, we approached and she was scarily running around us, then followed and ran away and returned to us again.
Other info:	Totally black, can do a video call or photos

When you say fully black: I'm missing a black cat butshe has a few wisps of white fur (literally a few hairs) in the centre of her chest, and under her forelegs and a white patch on her underbelly near her groin? My girl was collared - but it might have fallen off - and was chipped.

Hi there I came to see the cat last night but unfortunately I don't think it was him. Has he been scanned yet ? if he is microchipped you should be able to find his owner quite quickly- You can take him to Vets4pets in blackheath or cats protection may take him in also.
