Markings:	This cat is actually semi-longhaired.
Circumstances:	This cat has been reported to us by RSPCA Oxon (ref 1954-25/7). Apparently he's been hanging around in Blenheim Drive for a while and is very timid. He's waiting for a space at the RSPCA's Willow Farm Centre.
