Circumstances: Found underneath a bridge on Hereford Union Canal. We noticed it a few days ago and it's been sleeping under the bridge every night - it appears every time we walk by. We decided to take it in to find its owner as the weather has been particularly bad and it clearly doesn't have a permanent home/is lost at the moment.
Other info: Black and white cat found under the bridge on Hereford Union Canal next to Victoria Park. Kind/gentle temperament.

Hello. Thank you for removing the cat from such horrible weather conditions. I have left you a voicemails.

Hi Rusty, I received your voicemail. Thank you! We took the cat to the vet yesterday - it's female and doesn't have a microchip. We've been advised to keep her for a week to wait to hear if anyone claims her and then we can either put her up for adoption or keep her.

Are you able to put an advert out on the canal boat groups you mentioned? That would be very helpful

Thats great that you manged to get scanned. Thank you. id be very careful about advertising an unchipped female cat as she likely isnt neutered and needs to be done asap. Did the vet check her nipples? As some Black & White kittens were abandoned in the park on Sunday (that look similar) Ill try call you again at some point. Thanks so much for all you are doing. And please stay safe!
