Hi. Thank you for helping the cat and checking for a chip. Is he an intact male? Or neutered male? You need to be extremely careful about adverising an unchipped cat, as you may get false claims or mistaken identity claims. Obviously an irresponsible owner if thers is one if cant even be bothered to provide the bottom line basics for their cat, or even commit to the legal requirements. Do you have a plan going forward?
