Markings:	Black patch under his neck with a white chest. Two front paws white and back legs partly white.
Circumstances:	This is a friendly, approachable, but timid cat. He seems healthy. Please note that I will only give the cat to the owner if they have a picture of the cat. I need some sort of proof that the person is, in fact, the owner.
