A photo would really help. Have you contacted paws and mittens rescue. They are on face book. They could trap it humanely.

Hi there, paws and mittens have no room according to their message. Of course i will upload a photo when i can as this cat is so scared, it runs as soon as it sees me. But obviously i will add more once ive gained its trust. Poor thing is starving so i put food out at night but i have 2 cats myself so it’s a mare TBH.

So since reporting this cat, I am not getting any closer to catching it. It only comes when it’s dark, eats the food I put out, then goes. Zero photo opportunity but I am thinking I could be very wrong about its age. Infact, looking at lost cats reported on here, this cat looks very like a cat called Billy who went missing 2019. I have messaged the owner who has not replied.
