Markings:	Has a white stripe middle of his all black forehead anot white tips to all black ears
Circumstances:	Think he got lost in thunder storm and can't find his way home
Other info:	Billy is a very nervous cat but in your face super friendly and loving cat when he gets to know you likes to rub noses..

Hi all helping me look for Billy think I am closing in on him to the flats accross the road from Mayflower ave thinknk he is being fed by different people he is a greddy Boy

Hi there did you ever find Billy? Not trying to get your hopes up but a cat like Billy is hanging around my area, Low Road. It’s nervy and I haven’t been quick enough for a photo?
