Breed & Species:	Domestic Shorthair (DSH) cat
Colour:	Black & white
Went missing:	10 years ago (20 May 2014 at around 16:00hrs)
Location:	Trout Close, Earley, Reading, Wokingham RG6 1AD, UK
Health:	Healthy
Age:	10 years old
Sex:	Neutered Male
Collar:	Yellow/green
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Black nose, white front legs. Zazzy also has a pin in his back leg from a road accident but no limp so only really noticeable on X-ray
Circumstances:	Relatives were looking after our cats while we were on holiday and say they saw him last on 20 May. We returned 23 May and have not seen him at all.
Other info:	His collar is fluorescent and has a red LED. He may not have it on now but left the house with it on.
