Collar:	Blue and white stripes with grey clasp
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	His eyes are poorly looking and he sneezes alot
Circumstances:	Put outside before shopping, never came back which he always does
Other info:	He sneezes lots due to recurring cat flu, his eyes look watery
