The finders of this bird claim that he's an aviary bird but this is not the case as isn less than a week she claims he's a fast learner is mixing well with her 2 cockatiels going in the cage for bed when he's told so my description of the bird I'm updating. This bird should have been taken to parrot care /parrot rescue and been checked by a vet then placed in temporary safe house until his owner can be found people shouldn't do this these finders are holding this bird if no-one comes forward they will keep him this isn't right people are finding it difficult to communicate with these rescuers and reported as blocking and nit communicating with perspective owners of the bird someone with expertise should have handled this situation.
