Markings:	Small white patch of fur on neck under chin.
Circumstances:	Following a call from a passer-by who saw this cat by the roadside, I went to scan it for a microchip. No chip, no ID. Photo available for identification purposes. I left it by the roadside, I moved it a few yards up so its now just in front of the roadsign show in the report photo.
Other info:	Appeared to be a young female cat either quite small or quite young.
