Other info:	Small, black cat found. He's been hanging around my street for a few weeks now. We've been putting food out for him but he's clearly a stray. We took him to the vets but he is unchipped, a boy and isn't neutered. But he has a blue fabric collar on and is very timid.

This appears to be Tom, whom I adopted in 2016. He was passed on to me by the owner of 77 Temple Road, when he moved out. Tom is well and he has grown a mane since this photo. I am responsible for him.

p.s. I doubt that Tom was 5 when the picture was taken. They grow manes at about 5. I've known Tom since 2015 and I think he is 7 or 8 now
