Hello, there is a black cat in the meadow at the end of hill top road OX41PD. It looks like the one in photo, and should be a male (not sure because I didn't manege to get very close)

Hi Maurzio thank you for your comment! If it is indeed him it will be incredibly hard to get close as he does not like people approaching him. He has been used to being stray/feral for several years and his capture was only possible with a cat trap. If you are able to snap a picture next time you see that cat, if you can text it to my number that would be great in case I can confirm if it is him. He is a stray senior cat, the goal is to get him to a local vet for a health check, unfortunately he had escaped the new address when the backyard door got damaged (either by attempted break in) or by the cat itself (somehow?). I really do appreciate your help!

Hello! If this is the number 07782 506919, I sent yesterday 3 pictures. Unfortunately I cannot get very close because as you said, he is not happy to be approached by human. In any case, I sow in fa the last 3 days going around the meadow at the end of hill top road OX41PD.

Hi! Thank you for confirming, that is indeed the correct number, unfortunately I seem to have not received the 3 pictures. I have sent a text to the number that I missed a call from yesterday (which may be yours), it would be great if you could re send those pictures. Thank you for keeping an eye on him, he was in good shape when he had sadly escaped, I hope he is doing ok although it has been a while. If I do find the time I will try go past that meadow to see if I can spot him

Hello! Thank you very much for your message, if you could get a picture of him and text it to me it would be wonderful! considering the area it may be quite likely that is him. He is used to having food and water left out for him at the old address in OX2, but he really is very frightened and does hide if anyone tries to approach. Capture to take him back and then to a vet I believe will only be possible with a special cat trap, and even then he may be reluctant to approach. I have known this cat for circa 6 years, so it would be great if I manage to recapture and take him to a vet for a checkup. Many thanks again for the help!!

Hello! Thank you for the comment, it does not let me open the link - but can confirm luckily this cat has been found near OX4 area and in the process of trying to capture it. Lyndworth Close area sounds a bit far away for him to roam to from current location. He does have a lot of cats that look like him.
