Circumstances:	We let him out of the house to explore since he is an outdoor cat. We’ve done so before but have recently moved house and he kept meowing so that we would let him out of our current accommodation
Other info:	He has green eyes and is on the smaller side, my assumptions are that he hasn’t fully grown or at least he doesn’t look it

Potentially found cat at home at Brixham Road near Asda. Looks quite thin and unable to go near as they hiss when we go near it. Spending time in front garden tried feeding but not interested.
