Circumstances:	Rumminging through bins.
Other info:	Dog looks well, when approached dog runs away. Have seen dog last 3 nights rumminging though bins outside co op in streatham vale when getting off bus from work at around 1am. Dog looks healthy and can tell he comes from a good home he just runs away when i try to coach him to come towards me.. Maybe i will try using food next time.

Probably he get lost. Dogs does not come around without owner, so if u can catch him and take him to a local vet. If the owner lost the dog the vet will call him
