Put posters up and leafleted houses in two roads. No response received. Spoke to a person in neighbouring road who informed me that around two years ago an African gentleman upped and left the house he rented and left behind numerous unneutered ginger cats. This lady has taken one cat in, some were found near Morrisons (don’t know what happened to these) and my Mum had been feeding one ginger cat regularly for around the last year and a half (this is the cat we have taken in). Ginger Nut - as he is now called - is now microchipped, vaccinated and due to be neutered shortly. Unfortunately he has tested with FIV.
