Circumstances:	My downstairs toilet was broken at the time so we had a plumber come over to try and fix it.Not knowing lily wasn't allowed out of the front door because of her lack of vision,he let her out of the front door.The last time she had gone out of the front door,she had lost her eye so we didn't let her out from then on so she was NOT familiar with her surroundings.
