Other info:	Not able to get close to it, but it's very loud and looks lost. Condition is OK.

I have a black cat that is missing and is very vocal, but he is about 5 years old. Is there any chance that this could be him?

I dont think so, the finder was pretty sure that this was a young cat - less than a year old easily. Do you live anywhere near where this cat was found?
