Went missing:	8 years ago (31 January 2016 at around 21:00hrs)
Location:	New Bridge Street, Witney, Witney, Oxfordshire, UK
Health:	Healthy
Age:	16 years old
Sex:	Male
Collar:	No
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Very tiny fleck of black hair on the top of his head
Circumstances:	Chester got out late at night; he has only lived in Witney two weeks and this was his first time outdoors. He loves being outdoors and is quite a nervous cat. He is all white, quite a long cat. Small reward offered for his safe return.
