Circumstances:	Jack Jumped out of his owners car by Barclays Bank in Witney Town centre.. Was then seen running towards Witney meadows/sheep field/old Cogges road/ gravel pit/ Ducklington area SHEEP FIELD ALONG SIDE DUCKLINGTON LAKE / OLD COGGES PATH HEADING TOWARDS GRAVEL PIT - VERY SCARED
